Dale Poune a musician and songwriter, Dale plays guitar, dobro, mandolin, bass and Sings. He has performed with the Fortunes (You've got your troubles, Here comes that rainy day feeling again), Buddy Miles, Paulette Carlson (HWY 101), Johnny Lee, The Coasters, and The Drifters.
He is currently working with Independent country artist Lacy J Dalton (16th Ave, Black Coffee)for the last six years. When not working with Lacy still does dates with the Fortunes . At home you can catch him in local Reno clubs playing with bands or doing a single. Dale's first solo album was titled "Loose Ends" and he has just released a second CD titled "Guitar Pizza on the Pepo records label. Dale recorded on Lacy J Dalton's new release "Next to Me" on Song Dog records. An americana style tune with Dale playing acoustic and resonator guitars. You can find his acoustic work on Lacy J Dalton's "This Close" CD. Four of the Comstock Cowboy albums feature guitar, bass and vocal work by Dale, "Gather round Cowboys", "Break it to the Cowboy" a gospel album titled"I was never Alone" featuring duets with David John(Cowboys lead singer) and Lacy J Dalton on the Lacy's song "Summerland". |
